This hyper-realistic design imitates a butter goby, the most common prey for zander and perch in European rivers and lakes. Gunnar can be combined with all modern techniques for bottom fishing for zander and perch. In addition to the R2F version, we also offer “loose body” (LB) models that you can rig yourself. We recommend our Stand Up LT Jig Head, Tungsten Jig Head and our Swimming Jig Head for fishing on and near the bottom. Gunnar can also be tackled on a cheburashka in combination with an offset hook or on a dropshot, to get a perfect presentation near the bottom that imitates the typical swimming movement of a real butter goby.
