Collection: Met rod

A fishing rod is often the gateway to the fascinating world of fishing. Who doesn't remember childhood moments when sitting on the dock, in a small rowing boat with grandfather or down on the harbor pier and intensely looked at a bumping float? And then suddenly it disappeared out of sight. The excitement was gas -hugging…

Fi rod is often referred to as long rod or telescopic fishing rod, and as a rule they are 3-7 meters long and equipped with a steel loop at the top. Here you attach the metreväven - rope, float, hook and the sink - and on the hook you cough with mask or maggot (fly larvae). It is often perch that is the goal, but also roach, bream, scarf and trout are usually surpassed.

A shorter fishing rod of 3-4 meters is ideal for younger anglers and boat fishing as well as for brokerage fishing in smaller streams and streams. The advantage of a longer rod is of course the increased range, you stand at a sea or ride you have the opportunity to reach out and fish outside water lilies and reeds, hot places where the fish often stay.
