The jig can be fished both quickly and slowly and thanks to the grooves in the back and abdomen it can be tackled in a variety of ways. Try a regular jig skull, dropshot, or take advantage of the back and abdominal corps and tackle it on an offset-set and a texas or carolina rig if you want to fish in difficult environments with debris or vegetation on the bottom.
