The difference between Monowire and Polywire:
Monowire is stiffer and best suited for thinner dimensions (up to 0.30 mm).
Polywire consists of several thin strands and is more flexible, making it easier to tie in thicker diameters (>0.30 mm).
For thicker Monowire (e.g. 0.35–0.40 mm), crimp sleeves are recommended, but these should be prepared by smoothing out sharp edges and using heat shrink tubing to minimize kinks and protect the knot.
