Owner Structure Jig is a bit like it sounds, a jig that can be fished against structures and vegetation without getting stuck. Fishing Owner Structure Jig as it is, or why not "pimp" it up with t.e.x a crayfish imitation, then you get an extra dimension on your jig.
In order for t.e.x to be able to remain, there is a little hook under Structure Jiggen that holds it in place. Owner Structure Jig also has small crops that protect the hook from getting stuck in the bottom or in vegetation.
