The Sliding Kit features a Chod Rig Bead with an enlarged central hole pattern that allows it to move freely up and down along the bare main line, leadcore and pegs to allow for free movement when using running chods and helicopter rigs where the link requires free movement for improved presentation.
The removable top bead is tapered to ensure it passes easily over tack knots, providing carp safety in the event of a break. Our unique Buffer Boom creates space between the lead and the rig and absorbs the jerks of lead-shaking carp to prevent them from releasing the hook, whilst the lead sleeve ensures a tangle-free set-up. Each kit contains components to make three complete rigs.
