The Illex Deep Diving Squirrel is a deep-diving twitchbait. This is a perfect, slim suspending wobbler (floating hard bait) that imitates the panicked escapes of small prey fish when twitching.
It can also be cranked at high speed and then maintains a stable, balanced gait – a movement known as "wobbnroll". With short twitches in a loose line you can induce "Kick Back Action", where the wobbler suddenly swims backwards, which triggers the predatory fish's hunting instinct.
The Illex DD Squirrel 67 SP is 6.7cm long, weighs 6.8g and dives to a depth of between 1m and 2m. This wobbler is an excellent choice for predator fishing and offers a versatile and realistic presentation in the water.
