Guideline Elevation one -handed fly rod
Guideline Elevation one -handed fly rod
Elevation is super light and strong fly rods with a smooth, medium -fast action for fly fishermen at all levels. The production of this spell series takes place in sustainable forms and with the most environmentally friendly components we have been able to find.
Elevation fly rods are groundbreaking as they contain the latest in material and production technology, and are also built with environmentally friendly components. This spell series is another step towards our goal of more sustainable products and will guide the future rod production with us here at Guideline. We have worked hard on the details of this series to develop a serious environmentally conscious alternative to all fly fishermen. In addition, we have introduced completely new technology and materials that make elevation a modern modern series that is at the forefront in all areas. New methods for developing blades allow us to monitor sustainability and action curves in a very accurate way. This allows us to eliminate unwanted material in each tension to make the student rod as light as possible without compromising the strength of the blades. The entire series is extremely lightweight (9ft #5 weighs only 72 g), responsive and are the most solid rods in this class we have ever done.
The action in the student rods is characterized by a light and compliant top with good stability that is followed by an even progressive bending curve down the blade. These are resilient and easy -to -throw rods that forgive a lot of caste errors and generate high linen speeds. You get nice contact with the whole blade at all types of throws. In summary, it is this state -of -the -art fly rod that is suitable for fly fishermen at all levels.
- The blades are matte and lightly ground and have a natural gray graphite paint with weak spiral pattern and thin matte varnish, but no added color in any joint. Excess graphite pond and particles are collected in their own containers before being sent to wastewater treatment plants.
- New, discreet full well's handles made of 3a cork without a rubber cork post. This reduces the amount of epoxy in the handles. All models have fighting butt, on the lightweight models there is a small discreet one while from class #7 onwards it sits in full size.
- The metal components in the roller bracket are "clear anodized" which means that they have a surface treatment without added color, lead or chromium and which is the least toxic way to do it.
- On all windings, we have applied a bio-basert epoxy glue with a very low concentration of harmful chemicals. Tested and approved as a product with low environmental imprints. This provides better working conditions for those who assemble rods and reduces the risk of health risks to a minimum.
- All rods have single -legged snails with KW liners that counteract the line tangling. The rings are stainless with a powder coated dark gray finish. Environmental fixing The most durable alternative with good wear resistance without toxic chrome containing lead.
- The rod case and the tube's outer fabric are made of recycled polyester which is supplied by Repreve ™.
- The spitub is made of recircular polypropylene (PP) which is lighter and has 20%less diameter than standard PVC tubes. This provides savings weight and volume in the freight in all stages. Polypropylene has very good durability and can be melted into pellets so that new products can be used.
- All models are 4-part for easy transport.
