Control 3.0 is designed with the beginner and the medium thrower in mind and has a design that generates high linen speed and good contact with the ghost during the throw. Learning double features is much easier with short-lined line like this, and Control 3.0 is suitable for fishing with all types of flies and works fine for both river and sea fishing. The taping is very similar to Fario Tactical, but is a little shorter and therefore even easier to handle for fly fishermen at all levels. This is our base fly line at an attractive price and fine performance, perfect for small to medium -sized water. It is also a good tool for fishing in places where you have little or no room for back throw.
Control 3.0 is a modern short-clumped WF line with a long and continuous tapered front-tapping that is backed up by a short even middle section which together provides good charging of the blade. The rear tacking is of medium length and then turns into a 3 meter long ´Heering line 'with slightly thicker diameter than the shooting line. Both of these things help make the rope easier to handle on longer throws and allow a little more overhang between top loop and lump. The slightly thicker coating also provides an increased durability in this area on the rope.
The taping in the front measures 5.1 meters in class #5 and ensures a good transmission of the energy in the rope as well as fine presentations of paw and fly. The Bellyn is 2.0 meters and the rear tapering extends over 1.8 meters. The main weight of the rope is in the rear part of the lump which loads the rod nicely at all distances. The line's fairly short rear taping also makes it suitable for spy and underhand throws. Control 3.0 has a coating with good floating ability and a smooth surface that shoots nicely. The rope has different color on lump and sliding line so that you can easily identify the transition between the parts and therefore facilitate the throwing. The line is equipped with small factory-made loops at both ends and has ID marking about 50 cm up from the tip. The color of the lump is Pale Lime Green and the Sky Gray shooting line. The cloud plot is 8.75 meters including baking session for classes #4-6 and 9.25 meters in classes #7-8. Available in flow in WF 4-8. Total length is 25 meters in WF #4-6 and 27.5m in WF #7-8.
