By utilizing the know-how we have accumulated over the years with our triple density lines, we are now pleased to introduce a whole new multi tip concept! It consists of three different rear parts with Dual Density (Double Density Fly, Float/Sink 2 and Intermediate/Sink 3) and a new, corresponding row lace with two densities. The rear of the 4D concept is based on a double density configuration, which is also found in the liquid rear where we have used a "liquid" density transition to improve performance and rolling even more than what would be possible in a single density.
These rear parts have a powerful taping with clumps between 5.7 and 7.0 meters. They complement our Compact Multi Tip system well and the 4D concept works superbly with longer rods, they throw larger flies and allow longer throws. There are seven different weights to choose from; From 20 grams / 310 grains up to 39 grams / 600 grains. . The 20- and 23 grams models have 32LB's cores, while all over has super strong 42LB's kernels that allow you to fish with confidence even after large salmon and steelhead.
All ropes are provided with color -coded loops in the front. They also have ID labeling in the rear of easy identification. They are equipped with industry's strongest and most reliable small, coated loops. The ropes are produced by environmentally friendly materials and have a durable polyuretancoating with low friction. Rear parts and tips in the 4D system are sold individually, so you can mix and match according to your wishes. These rear parts work well with our 15 feet T-tips, but will stand out when used with our new 4D Double Density lace that have tapes taken from our classic Triple Density Lines. The 4D tips are available in 15 "and 18" lengths and four different weights from 9 to 14 grams. All in all, there are 7 different tips to choose from; From Dual Density Flow to Superfast Sinking S5 / S8.
