Daiwa Black Gold is a really robust spinning reel that comes in a bunch of different sizes. The 5000 size is happy to accompany you on the trip up to Northern Norway or to the Caribbean saltwater fishing and is then considered a slightly lighter reel.
The reels are built around an aluminum chassis and are powered by our Digigear II system to be as smooth and powerful as possible. Furthermore, the reels have 6 ball bearings and a graphite rotor. The reels also feature our awesome ATD type drag. As good in sweet as salt water.
