The new Daiwa 20 Ballistic EX LT reel has been redesigned and has several improved features that provide even better performance. With the extremely light and strong Zaion material, which does not deform, Daiwa engineers have further reduced the weight of this fishing reel. The Tough Digigear CNC mechanism provides a smooth and powerful run, allowing the use of large baits. The ATD system provides precise control over the drag force.
The Magsealed shaft design prevents water and dirt particles from entering, protecting the internal components from corrosion. The special design of the ABS Longcast spool reduces friction and allows for longer casts. Size 4000 is also perfect for light sea fishing.
The body and rotor are made of Zaion with Air Rotor technology. The reel has a Long Cast ABS aluminum spool, a one-piece aluminum handle and an ultra-sensitive ATD drag. Twist Buster II prevents line tangles, and the Tough Digigear mechanism ensures power and durability. The reel is equipped with 11 ball bearings, of which 6 are CRBB, and Magsealed technology. It also has a one-piece Air Bail bail, Infinite Anti-Reverse with release lever and Cross Wrap winding for optimal line management.
